Safety

Safety is at the core of Primus’ construction management approach. It starts with site-specific safety plans and continues with project-specific training, OSHA-level site inspections, and regular job safety analysis. Data is tracked and studied for continuous improvement. This is why our EMR is better than the industry average.

Speed-to-Market

Primus uses the Last Planner System™ (LPS) in the field to manage the project schedule and improve your speed-to-market. LPS is a collaborative planning process that requires all subcontractors to work together on project execution. Implementing this system has resulted in our percent planned completion rate being regularly around 85%. The industry average is 54%.

Open Book Accounting

Primus uses Procore to provide a big picture view of our projects. This includes everything from change management, RFIs, and submittals, to schedule, safety, quality, and cost. Most importantly, it enables the centralization and synchronization of a project’s information. This increases transparency and gives our customers access to up-to-the-minute project information.
