VersaCold Logistics is an international cold storage and chilled chain logistics provider based in Vancouver, Canada. When its 4.7 million cubic foot facility in Manitoba required expansion, the firm selected Primus Builders to provide design and construction services. This decision was based on proven past performance, aggressive scheduling and competitive pricing.

The 132,800 SF expansion features a deep foundation system, a -5°/ -20° freezer, 8 blast cells, 28 dock positions and a Kalman Tension Ring floor system. The facility handles significant blast freezing volumes and is approved by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
