Primus provided design-build services on this 3,600 SF pre-conditioning room addition. The scope included demolition of the existing pre-conditioning room to make way for the new sterilization chamber. The team installed the new chamber and added new rack. The new chamber (pictured above) was 50 feet long and 14 feet wide. The team carefully staged the installation of the $1,000,000 piece of equipment into an opening only 16 feet wide.
