Richmond Cold Storage (RCS) is an IARW North American Top 20 public refrigerated warehouse and distribution company. Its facilities encompass an approximate total of 40,000,000 cubic feet of warehouse space. RCS selected Primus Builders to plan, design and construct their Richmond expansion.
The 110,000 SF project near the Richmond International Airport features a -20°F freezer and 35°F cross-dock. The scope also included maintenance areas and modifications to the existing facility. Energy-efficient lighting was installed throughout.
