Primus provided design-build services on this 23,020 SF, two-phase project which included a dock expansion to the North with relocation and renovation of the existing dry dock equipment within the existing warehouse.

Permit drawings were submitted within two weeks of notice to proceed. Because PFG consistently operates at a high volume, construction took place while the facility remained fully operational.

Primus performed master planning to maximize truck access and pedestrian traffic and added paving and storm water measures.
