Cold Summit Development

Cold Summit is a leading developer of cold storage facilities. Their goal is to provide tenants with maximum options, from freezer temperatures to office space. Their development services target both conventional and high-bay ASRS facilities. 

Primus is providing design-build services for Cold Summit’s latest multi-tenant, low temperature distribution facility in Glendale, Arizona. This facility will be a multi-tenant complex with four tenant areas featuring temperature flexibility ranging from 55° to -20°. This enables tenants to pivot to consumer demand as necessary. 

Each tenant will also have a single office suite that can be customized to suit their requirements. There are four truck docks and four battery charging areas as well.
