Project details
Primus and Americold have been partnering on cold storage warehouse design-build projects for two decades. Recently, Americold partnered with Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) to co-locate refrigerated warehouses along the CPKC rail network. Their first effort is a 335,000 SF Greenfield facility in Kansas City, MO. Spaces include:
- Freezer warehouse
- Cooler that will be converted to a freezer at a later date
- 2-story office
- USDA inspection room
