AGRO Merchants currently operates over 1.8 million SF of temperature-controlled warehouse and distribution space in the U.S, and around the world. When the opportunity to renovate an existing cold storage building in Charleston, South Caroline became available, the firm elected to add it to its roster.The updated facility will provide storage, handling and other value-added services for AGRO’s import and export customers. Primus Builders was selected to provide design and construction management services.
