Primus is thrilled to be named on the Atlanta-Journal Constitution’s list of the region’s Top Workplaces! This honor is awarded to companies that demonstrate a positive corporate culture that emphasizes strong leadership, values and relationships.
Human Resources Director Jessica Jones leads the company culture initiatives at Primus. “This is a huge honor,” she said. “I’m very proud of the enthusiasm, creativity and collaborative spirit from our team. They truly make Primus a special place to work.”
Primus ownership is equally excited. President Matt Hirsch said, “This award is a testament to everybody working together to make Primus better every day. It doesn’t go unnoticed. We are grateful for everyone’s efforts.”
Chief Operating Officer Erik Gunderson said, “I have always been a believer that our people are the fabric of the company. Jessica has been implementing processes that have helped us improve the employee experience, and I think everybody feels the benefits of that.”
