Cold Summit Development

Primus provided design-build services for Cold Summit’s 300,000 SF multi-tenant, low temperature distribution facility in Wilmington, NC. This facility is a multi-tenant complex with four tenant areas featuring flexible cold storage space. This enables tenants to pivot to consumer demand as necessary. Each tenant has a single office suite that can be customized to suit their requirements. There are four truck docks and four battery charging areas for each tenant as well.
