Sister Schubert’s

Sister Schubert’s Homemade Rolls, a subsidiary of the T. Marzetti Company and based in Alabama, experienced substantial growth that necessitated some new processing space in its Luverne facility. Primus Builders was selected for the design and construction of the project.

The scope for the 32,000 SF project entailed the design and construction of bakery, freezer and refrigerated packaging areas. Building support systems were critical in this project. Work included utility upgrades to the existing building and a complete conversion of the Freon refrigeration system to ammonia.
