Quantum Foods

Quantum Foods, one of the world’s largest multiple protein providers, acquired Choice One Foods and selected Primus Builders for design and total renovation of a newly acquired manufacturing plant in Compton, California. The fast-track project was a significant 80,000 SF renovation which converted all existing space into a state-of-the-art, sanitary, fully-cooked, portion control meat processing operation for the foodservice sector.

The entire refrigeration and utility systems were overhauled to provide for the new clean-room processing spaces. New insulated wall panel and walk-on ceiling systems, special doors and floorings were also included.
