LSG Sky Chefs

LSG Sky Chefs selected Primus Builders to perform construction management services for their temperature-controlled environments at their Dallas-Forth Worth airport facility. Coordination was closely scheduled within a daily four-hour period to avoid disrupting operations.

Insulated metal wall and ceiling panels were utilized to provide more efficient handling and to maintain temperature consistency. The refrigeration system included rooftop package units with low-velocity air unit evaporators.

To prevent mold growth, the existing mechanical system and structure were sterilized. Existing acoustical ceiling, tile grid and tile flooring was replaced in multiple phases, allowing the client to maintain productivity throughout the project’s duration.
