Food Wholesalers, a family-owned food distributor, selected Primus Builders to design and construct their new storage and distribution center in St. Petersburg, Florida. Primus was challenged with completing the project on a fast-track schedule and worked diligently to achieve an on-time delivery; project construction was completed in less than four months.

The state-of-the-art USDA facility features a 0°F freezer, a 33°F cooler, and a 28°F area for poultry storage. It also includes a dry storage area for spices and non-perishable goods, and a 45°F dock, as well as offices and employee welfare areas. The facility is master-planned to double the storage areas in the future as the company grows.
